Terms of Service
- Commissioning me you agree that you have read, understand and accept my TOS.
- Commissioning me you agree that you are 18 years of age or older, or of legal age in your country to purchase art from me.
- Don't buy, unless you can pay. If you're having second thoughts, DON'T BUY.

- I have the right to refuse/cancel any commission request and refund for any reason.
- You may cancel the commission before and after I show you the wip sketch but not when I finished the commission.
- Any sent payment without my permission/agreement will be refunded.
- I need your real name AND physical address for administration/tax paper/invoice. (I can not do commission for businesses, only individuals thanks to KATA tax) yes, i have done hundreds of commissions with this info and never used that for anything else
- I use ONLY SFW visual reference/art. Short, added written information is okay among visual references.
- NO AI, no NFT.
- Real SFW visual REFERENCE SHEET is the best for me.
- I will send you the finished picture AFTER you send the payment.
- I POST on trello the rough sketch WIP and the finished piece. No other phase will be posted there. If you are uncomfortable seeing the sketch phase online please let me know beforehand and i don't post it on trello. Finished art will be public.
- You can tell me what is missing/wrong in the sketch WIP.
- On the WIP sketch I change only three small things. If you forgot to tell me something that is not my mistake and big changes cost $10.
- I finish one art mostly (even fully shaded with bg) within 1-4 weeks. (time varied) Keep in mind usually I have other arts on my to-do list.
- Customers and anybody whose character is in the paid picture has the right to submit the art. But you have to credit me, the artist, with a link to my profile at least.
- No one has the right to alter, edit, mass-spread or use my art for commercial purposes. (unless otherwise agreed) (character owner may crop their pic for personal use eg: for icon/avatar or color them after asking me)
- I, the artist, have the right to use my commission/trade/free/personal arts for ADs, banners, comm examples, etc.
- I provide max 1200x1200 pixel small version (with glaze* I protect my art) and max 2500x2000 pixel big version (w/o glaze) that is only for offline personal use. Small version may be uploaded wherever crediting me.
-Not paying or falsely refunding clients (scammers) get a customer beware on artist-beware blog/site.
